Key Responsibilities
  • To oversee all aspects of Property Management, including finance, operations, and human resources;
  • To ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our property is run efficiently and effectively;
  • To hire, train, and discipline all hotel staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide outstanding service;
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel management, preferably in a senior role;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
