Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Autonomous Maintenance Technician to join our UCA Product Group team in Building 7-1. As a key member of our Maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance, upkeep, and performance of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with equipment set-up and start-up, and learn how to operate production equipment in assigned areas.
  • Perform consumable change-outs, such as tooling, filters, and staple guns, silicone barrels, and shrink/stretch wrap rolls.
  • Enter repair work orders into our Maintenance Software (CMMS).
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and perform repairs as assigned.
  • Assist with training new operators and provide guidance on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
  • Ability to learn equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and strong work ethic.
  • Safe work habits and adherence to company safety protocols.
