Job Summary

Adolescent Growth, Inc. is seeking a skilled medical assistant to join our team in a residential program setting. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our healthcare professionals, contribute to a positive living environment, and assist in delivering high-quality patient care.

About Us:

We are a behavioral healthcare organization dedicated to providing evidence-based care to adolescents and young adults struggling with mental health issues. Our team of experienced professionals specializes in mental health, eating disorders, and substance abuse treatment.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have a certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program and current CPR and First Aid certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of patient care, including vital sign checks, injections, and wound care.
  • Support the medication management process and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including multiple healthcare plans, vision and dental insurance, disability options, holiday pay, sick time, and paid time off. Our salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
