Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fast and friendly customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Execute cash handling and sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Engage customers on the benefits of our rewards program and complete enrollments.
  • Educate customers on our Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
  • Merchandise recovery and maintenance, including unloading trucks and stocking processes.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment.
  • Assist with omnichannel processes, including online and in-store sales.
  • Execute a well-merchandised and in-stock store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Work Environment

Public retail store setting, taking care of our customers. All public areas are climate-controlled, with some stock rooms not being climate-controlled. Some outdoor work may be assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks. The frame shop contains glass cutters and heat presses. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
