Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Community Care of West Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in our medical clinic, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication accurately and perform routine administrative and clinical tasks.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized patient plans, and document progress effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records, report any unusual orders or requests for service, and follow proper reporting procedures for actual or potential accidents/incidents.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, provide health education, and support CCWV quality initiatives.
  • Participate in staff development programs, maintain a safe environment, and contribute to a positive, cooperative work culture.


Requirements:
  • An Associate/Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
  • A valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of West Virginia.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ACLS/PALS training.
  • At least one year of experience in medical/surgical nursing, outpatient clinic settings, or a related specialty.

  • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
