Legends is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pantry Coordinator to join our team. As a Pantry Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately servicing event-day orders and ensuring prompt delivery of orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude, providing excellent customer service to our clients.
- Report for scheduled events on time and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Organize and manage inventory in the Suite Pantry, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation of orders.
- Work collaboratively with Suite Attendants to obtain accurate payment from each suite.
- Enter event-day orders into the POS system and reconcile all advance Suite orders.
- Perform and successfully complete tasks assigned by management, including reconciliation of cash deposits at close of event.
- Stadium/Arena suites experience preferred, with orientation and on-the-job training provided.
- Cash handling/point of sale experience preferred.
- Pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.
- Ability to work in a team environment and remain calm under stressful situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
- Able to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 20 lbs.
