About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing pharmacy technicians to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS Health from competitors.
  • Lead with empathy and compassion, motivating and inspiring pharmacy support staff to maximize their strengths and address development opportunities.
  • Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy.
  • Successfully implement solutions by leading the team to achieve specified goals and adapt to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
