We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team for a travel assignment in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interventional imaging and experience working with Angiography Equipment, preferably with Siemens ARTIS C-arms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with clinical, technical, and administrative functions on a daily basis, including verifying patient identification, history, diagnosis, and procedure for both diagnostic and interventional cases. They will also assist with pre and post procedural patient care, procedural preparation, supplies, and maintaining the sterile field according to the standards of care.

Additionally, the Electrophysiology Technician will operate Interventional Angiography Systems in dedicated suites, set up and operate additional procedural products or equipment, and ensure all team members understand and comply with the principles of radiation safety. They will also actively participate in room turnover, patient transfer, terminal cleaning, stocking, and quality improvement activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year full-time work in an interventional or invasive clinical setting, clinical competency within Invasive Cardiovascular, Electrophysiology, Cardiovascular Hybrid, Interventional Radiology, Neuro Interventional, &/or Vascular Surgery Hybrid, and proficiency in operating Angiography Equipment. A valid Certification American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with Cardiac Interventional (CI) or Vascular Interventional (VI) preferred, as well as a valid State license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are also required.
