Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in DeKalb, IL. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in delivering quality services to children in a school setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide consultation and intervention regarding behavior management, effective education, and assessment of behavioral needs of students with and without disabilities.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans and evaluate accordingly.
  • Maintain appropriate records and serve as a liaison between students receiving special education services and outside providers.
  • Consult with parents/guardians and work in coordination with school personnel to ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Master's Degree conferred in behavior analysis or a related field.
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Experience working in school programs or with pediatric populations is preferred.
