We excel in managing the complete lifecycle of engineering services, ensuring that projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to the highest standards of design, durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote services to existing and potential clients, assisting in the development of response letters and technical proposals.
  • Supervise engineering designs, including geometric alignments, profiles, cross-sections, and traffic maintenance details.
  • Oversee the production of engineering documentation, such as typical section packages and design reports.
  • Utilize MicroStation/GEOPAK/Open Roads processes to mentor and develop team members.
  • Coordinate plans, calculations, and specifications among multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Implement internal quality control measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Florida Professional Engineering Registration.
  • A minimum of ten years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MicroStation/GEOPAK/Open Roads processes.
  • Experience with 3D Corridor Modeling is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with FDOT plans preparation criteria and design standards.
  • Understanding of various transportation disciplines and their relation to roadway design.
  • Excellent verbal communication and technical writing abilities.
  • Capability to train and mentor junior staff.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
