Medical Assistant Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at MindBodyPinnacle Health LLC. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our medical staff in a fast-paced clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing procedures.
- Assist medical staff with clinical duties, such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and administering medications.
- Communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including exam rooms and medical supplies.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Medical Assistant.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, preferred.
