Schedule:Full-Time, 7AM-7PM, every other weekend
Unit Insights:Our 36-bed Cardiac Care Unit is located on the 4th floor of our main tower. We focus on caring for patients with various diagnoses, including CHF, Stroke, Renal Failure, and Diabetes. Our team maintains a 4-5 nurse-to-patient ratio and has support staff, including PCTs and Nurse Techs. We have a unit educator who ensures our staff stays up-to-date with required CEUs and is a valuable resource to our team and management.
We prioritize open communication and have daily energizers to share important updates and news. Our team is committed to professional growth and development, with opportunities for education reimbursement and participation in our Professional Excellence Program (Clinical Ladder). We value flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork in our ideal candidate.
