We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Front Line Leader to join our Maintenance Department at International Paper. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance personnel and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our pulp and paper mill.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the mill
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with production staff to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance or operations management
