About the Job

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients and their guests.
  • Conduct regular security patrols and surveys to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents and activities.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process
  • Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is an asset
  • CT Guard Card required
