MedStar Health is excited to offer an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider within our well-established cardiology departments. This position encompasses both inpatient and outpatient care.
The ideal candidate should possess 1-2 years of cardiology experience following graduation, along with exceptional documentation abilities, a strong work ethic, and the capability to operate independently while maintaining regular communication with non-invasive cardiologists and fellow advanced practice providers.
Position Details:
The full-time schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a rotating weekly structure. You will alternate between inpatient responsibilities and outpatient clinic duties. Key responsibilities include managing hospital discharge and follow-up patients, as well as overseeing stress tests. Both Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply, provided they have or can obtain a Maryland license. Candidates with acute-care certification are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
