Senior Microbiologist

The Senior Microbiologist will be responsible for supporting microbiological lab activities for antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST). The incumbent will perform experiments as defined and planned by the supervisor, review test results for experimental error, and determine if repeats are required. The successful candidate will also be responsible for updating project leads with data and any issues, as well as working in cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a Life Science or related field and 1+ years of experience in laboratory experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment are essential. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of aseptic lab techniques, pipetting, good laboratory practice (GLP), good documentation practices (GDP), and general wet bench experience.
