Hope Solutions is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our team. As an Adult Clinician, you will provide essential mental health support to formerly homeless adults residing in permanent supportive housing across Contra Costa County.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with vulnerable populations and be committed to delivering compassionate care. You will work collaboratively with a team of interdisciplinary professionals and community partners to craft comprehensive support systems that empower individuals towards enhanced well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site, in-home, or community-based therapeutic services to adults experiencing mental health challenges.
- Crisis intervention and conflict mediation to ensure individual safety and stability.
- Collaborate with case managers and other team members to provide holistic support.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or similar field.
- Registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $55-$65 hourly rate based on experience.
- Flexible work environment with 11 paid holidays and 2-4 weeks' vacation depending on tenure.

Hoppe Solutions is a non-profit agency providing permanent housing and vital support services to over 2,000 homeless or at-risk families and individuals in Contra Costa County.
