As a Personalization Specialist, you'll work closely with our data science and engineering teams to develop and deploy AI-powered recommendation systems. Our goal is to deliver personalized content to customers worldwide, driving engagement and satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and deploying machine learning models to power personalization
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop user interfaces and experiences
  • Leading efforts in A/B testing and experimentation to optimize customer engagement


To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in software development, machine learning, and data analysis. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $131,500 - $226,800 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other perks.
