Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at BrightStar Care in Somerset County. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality home health clinical services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing services, including assessments, infusions, injections, and wound care, as defined by the client's individual Plan of Care and within the scope of New Jersey's Nurse Practice Act.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Counsel clients and their families on meeting nursing and related needs.
Requirements:
  • Current New Jersey RN License in good standing.
  • Clean background and criminal record.
  • Understanding of state and federal regulatory compliance, as well as Joint Commission standards.
  • Adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintenance of client confidentiality.
  • Pediatric and/or infusion experience preferred but not required.
