Job Summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller Retail Banker II to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and market bank products and services to customers
  • Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance
  • Handle branch servicing duties, including vault balancing and cash ordering
  • Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements
  • 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree
  • Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required
  • Must be positive and engaging
Working Conditions

Conditions include standing most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods. May involve lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
