**HHB Restaurant Recruiting is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Fairfax, VA.**
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales growth in our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy workspace.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in previous positions. You will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills, and have a stable work history.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize safety as the top concern for your team and customers
- Maintain a high ratio of return customers through excellent service
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues efficiently
- Cultivate and develop restaurant employees to build a cohesive team
- Demonstrate and promote a memorable customer dining experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Restaurant Management
- Proven success in previous positions
- Physical ability to walk, climb, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, and training skills
- A stable work history
- Competitive salary range: $60K - $70K per year
