About the Position

We have an opening for a Senior Structural Engineer in our Facility Engineering and Design Team. As a key player, you will lead complex projects, ensuring structural integrity and compliance. Your role involves designing and overseeing diverse facilities projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structural design for varied projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering skill development and professional growth.
  • Perform advanced structural analyses and present findings in comprehensive reports.
  • Oversee project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for project integration.
  • Stay updated with the latest in structural engineering to incorporate cutting-edge practices.

Location Options

We consider candidates interested in being located out of our Oklahoma City, OK; Tulsa, OK; Plano, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Kansas City, MO; Phoenix, AZ; or Fayetteville, AR office locations.

Qualifications

You Bring to the Team:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
  • Masters degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) is preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on facilities design.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software and engineering tools.
  • Must be a registered professional engineer.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit is preferred, but not required.
