Our team is comprised of experienced administrators who have worked with infants, toddlers, children, and youth with unique abilities for over 40 years.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

We are currently seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team as a Full-Time or Part-Time professional. As a BHT, you will be responsible for providing direct ABA services to clients aged 0-5 within home and/or community settings. You will implement the child's treatment plan and goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized ABA services to clients, collecting data to demonstrate progress and completing session notes.
  • Implement the child's treatment plan and goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Participate in agency-required trainings and supervision.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Complete a 40-hour training course covering the RBT Task List.
  • Pass the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam within 90 days of hiring and obtain certification.
  • Pass a background check upon hire.
  • Possess reliable transportation.
