Receptionist | Fluent in Spanish | Sacramento, CA

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Provide professional reception services during business hours, including answering, screening, and forwarding calls, and offering basic information to callers.
- Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, emails, and faxes, ensuring they reach the appropriate staff members.
- Handle additional receptionist tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and drafting correspondence.
- Organize and maintain file systems, correspondence, and other records.
- Ensure the breakroom is tidy and supplies are restocked as needed.
Requirements:
- Language: Fluency in Spanish.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn other software used by the organization.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour.
