Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance functions, including preventative maintenance, are completed according to company and brand standards. This will involve ensuring the fulfillment of preventative maintenance programs, completing preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces, and ensuring swimming pool and spa maintenance duties are performed according to brand standards and health department regulations. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for delegating, supervising, and participating in all preventive and general maintenance programs, maintaining a room's maintenance strategy and scheduling preventive maintenance. Additionally, they will assist other departments in fulfilling guest requests and resolving guest concerns, educate hotel personnel on emergency procedures and safety precautions, and act as Manager on Duty when required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a hotel maintenance position, preferably in a supervisory role. They will also possess an in-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to multitask and exceed expectations of guests.
