As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including our rapid care area and our emergency department.
Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
To be considered for this role, you must have a current Maryland Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association CPR Certification. A RN Diploma with relevant experience is also accepted.
