Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, ETL processes, and data models using PowerBI and Snowflake.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data needs are met and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  3. Analyze datasets to identify trends and patterns, and develop reports to improve operational efficiency.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers, and oversee the daily operations of the BI team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, ETL, or related field.
  • Proven leadership and management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerBI, Azure Data Factory, and Snowflake.
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
