Job Summary

As a Rehabilitation Specialist at LifeBridge Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with the mission statement and SPIRIT values of our organization. Under the supervision of the Rehab Service Coordinator, you will perform structured evaluations, conduct general activity programs, and assist in planning and implementing treatment programs for individuals limited by psychosocial dysfunction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and psychosocial needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational therapy
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Maryland
  • Initial OT certification by AOTCB or NBCOT
  • CPR certification by AHA Healthcare Provider
