Job Title: Volleyball Coach

Peoria Public Schools is seeking a qualified Volleyball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volleyball and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive volleyball program for girls' teams.
  2. Recruit and manage a team of assistant coaches.
  3. Plan and conduct practices and games.
  4. Develop and implement a budget for the volleyball program.
  5. Ensure compliance with school and district policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  2. Valid Illinois Teaching Certificate or Substitute Certificate.
  3. Experience in coaching volleyball at the high school or collegiate level.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment physical, TB test, and drug/alcohol screening. A criminal background check will also be conducted.
