**Job Summary**
The Senior Missile Defense Architecture Assessment Engineer role involves defining future missile defense concepts and conducting architecture analyses to assess system capabilities and threats.
This position requires extensive experience in modeling, simulation, and evaluation of missile defense systems as well as the ability to collaborate with various defense stakeholders.
The engineer will also develop analysis plans, execute them, and review results to support critical national defense efforts.
**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the definition of future missile defense concepts for modeling, simulation, and analysis
- Act as a subject matter expert in future concept definition, architecture analyses, and reviewing preliminary results prior to delivery to customer
- Assess Missile Defense System (MDS) threats, capability gaps, challenges, needs and opportunities, and develop potential system mitigations and capability revolutions and evolutions at the architecture level
**Qualifications**
- Master's Degree in STEM Field with 12+ years of experience in missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project
- Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
- Extensive experience in the modeling, assessment, and evaluation of future missile defense architectures
