About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Sagora Senior Living. As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage the front desk and reception area to ensure effective communication and a professional image
  • Direct calls and take messages as needed
  • Keep the lobby area clean and presentable daily
  • Assist associates as needed at the front desk
  • Make rounds around the community as necessary for security procedures
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Respond to emergency situations as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6 months of related experience preferred
  • Multitasking and time-management skills
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
