About the Role

We are seeking a talented technologist to join our Portfolio Management Technology team at Charles Schwab. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing software and solutions for our cloud-based risk management platform, Advanced Collateral Management System (ACMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions for ACMS using C# (.NET,.NET Core) and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Work on ultra-low latency, high-volume, and reliable next-generation cloud-based platforms.
  • Develop automated integration and unit tests to ensure software quality.
  • Communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a software development role.
  • 3+ years of coding experience in C# (.NET,.NET Core).
  • 2+ years of experience with full-stack application development technologies, RESTful APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, and cloud technologies.
  • 3+ years of Agile/Scrum development and CI/CD experience.
  • Working experience with IBM MQ, Kafka, Aerospike (NoSQL) database, CI/CD, Splunk (logging), PCF (Cloud), and Agile Practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to front-end system integration with Pega/Appian BPM tools.
  • Familiarity with Schwab Technology ecosystem.
