We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Seton Bastrop. As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, monitoring patient condition and communicating with the healthcare team as needed.
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire date.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
