We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Fort Mill Medical Center. As a PCU Registered Nurse, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensure continuity of care, and promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, provide guidance and support, and ensure that all staff members are competent and confident in their roles.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to the development of policies and procedures, and engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the state of practice.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing, certification in critical care nursing (CCRN), or experience in a PCU or ICU setting.
