We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Pacific Palms Resort. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for welcoming guests at registration, checking them out in a professional manner, and assisting in the accurate completion of night audit processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Registering guests in a timely manner and ensuring registration cards are signed and a method of payment is provided.
- Answering all telephone calls within 3 rings and utilizing a proper scripted greeting.
- Maintaining guest accounts by posting all charges and payments accurately.
- Processing deposits and all forms of payment according to resort policy.
- Auditing, balancing, and preparing room information to provide room management with a picture of how they are performing.
- Auditing, balancing, and reporting on all food and beverage outlets, including checks, over/short figures, tally sheets, deposits, counts, house charges, and promotional materials.
Requirements include:
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, including Word and Excel.
- Preferred experience in Night Audit, Front Desk, or Bank Teller.
