The Retail Associate Manager collaborates closely with the Store Manager to guide and nurture the store team, ensuring alignment with T-Mobile's vision of exceptional customer engagement and Mobile Associate success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire every Mobile Associate to embrace T-Mobile's core values by providing thorough orientation and training focused on customer care.
• Ensure that all customer needs are addressed promptly, fostering a comfortable and efficient shopping experience.
• Conduct evaluations of Mobile Associates' customer interactions, providing constructive feedback for their development and coaching.
• Manage customer wait times effectively while staying informed about the latest products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, maintaining expertise in products and services, and providing guidance to the team to meet and exceed performance metrics.
• Assist in maintaining the store's overall environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards and executing retail methods and procedures.
• Ensure that the team is well-versed in store systems and corporate communications, while delivering on financial performance indicators and managing expenses.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail setting.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members to achieve outstanding results.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both teammates and customers.
