Responsibilities
  • Manage chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia
  • Perform annual exams, including physical exams and health risk assessments
  • Conduct Medicare wellness visits and ER follow-ups
  • Participate in team-based care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Work with Meditec EMR to ensure accurate and efficient patient data management
Requirements
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine
  • 3+ months of experience in outpatient medicine
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
