Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Merchandiser to join our team at Dairy Farmers of America. As a Part Time Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining in-store compliance at stores within your assigned geographical area, while monitoring and supplying goods and services to each customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Merchandising: Check and report product voids, maintain ad hoc merchandising, and manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stocks and dump.
  • Store Support: Set new stores and perform required resets, manage in-store customer fulfillment programs, including scan-based trading and web-based ordering.
  • Customer Service: Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area, assist with customer service issues or complaints, and complete pricing surveys as needed.
  • Quality and Safety: Report any food safety and food quality-related issues to management immediately.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential for this role.
