Job Summary

Twin State Ford is seeking a skilled Reconditioning Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our pre-owned vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and clean vehicles to a high standard
  • Vacuum and clean interior surfaces
  • Clean windows, wheels, and tires
  • Apply a high-quality finish using buffing and waxing techniques
  • Assist with various projects around the dealership
  • Help with snow removal and other tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to work methodically
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivation, neatness, punctuality, and thoroughness
  • Clean driving record and ability to drive safely
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
