This Digital Transformation Manager position plays a critical role in driving our company's digital transformation efforts. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of cross-functional strategic IT projects, including developing technology modernization roadmaps and portfolio execution efforts in concert with valued business partners to drive operational efficiencies and new business value.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develops and implements technology strategy in alignment with business strategy
- Oversees value stream by focusing on cost and risks of technology portfolio to meet business needs
- Provides leadership, influence, vision, and direction to the organization to contribute to achieving the company's goals

**Requirements**

- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 8+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years
