About the Role:

Silva Signs & Service is seeking a skilled Sign Fabricator to join our team. As a Sign Fabricator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality signs for commercial businesses and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build signs from blueprints and technical drawings
  • Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate metal components
  • Measure and cut materials according to specifications
  • Assemble and fit components to create finished products
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

  • Proficient in operating power tools and hand tools for fabrication purposes
  • Strong welding skills preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of basic math for accurate measurements and calculations
  • Familiarity with duct work fabrication and installation processes
  • Experience in machining and pipe threading is a plus
  • Familiarity with operating a press brake machine for bending metal components, routing table, etc.
