About the Role:

We are seeking a Part-Time Deli Clerk at our Burlingame location. The ideal candidate will be customer service-driven and flexible, working on various tasks from day to day.

Essential Functions:
  • Assist customers at the deli counter, including making sandwiches and slicing meat.
  • Properly cut, wrap, and scale deli items.
  • Stock and display deli products.
  • Operate slicer, wrapping, and cooking equipment, and assist in maintaining all equipment in safe working condition.
  • Follow procedures and guidelines.
  • Handle food in compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Local candidates only.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Serve Safe certified is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Standing: Up to 8 hours per day.
  • Walking: Up to 8 hours per day.
  • Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day.
  • May be required to wear Covid-19 related PPE as mandated by Company Policy.
