Litigation Paralegal Specialist

At Daniel Stark Law, we're seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our personal injury law firm, you'll play a vital role in supporting our attorneys and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a docket of cases, preparing legal documents, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

• Manage a docket of 45-55 cases with an 'A' rating from clients, assigned attorney, and leadership
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, demands, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and affidavits, under the supervision of a lawyer
• Provide exemplary customer service to clients, fostering productive and friendly relationships with them and our attorneys

• Personal injury litigation experience

• Naturally prone to making detailed, thorough, and organized notes
• Ability to navigate seamlessly through various computer programs and software

• $24+ per hour based on experience and potential
