Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at RiverMead. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents in our Health Center are met, providing exceptional dining experiences, and promoting overall well-being.

RiverMead is a not-for-profit, full-service, LifeCare Community located in Peterborough, New Hampshire. As a full-service community, we offer a wide variety of services and amenities to the residents we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain food temperature and quality throughout the meal service
  • Complete menus for residents who need assistance
  • Learn residents' food preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Timely and courteous service and accuracy of meals
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down of functions
Qualifications
  • Takes oral and written instruction well
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Trustworthy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum two years high school required
  • Experience preferred
