Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SilverTech, a leading provider of ambulatory intensive care and ventilation services. Our company is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a supervised living setting.

As a Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional basic, treatment, or intensive care nursing to our clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting and encouraging the abilities of those in your care, while monitoring and supporting individual medical diagnoses and treatments.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert nursing care to patients with complex medical needs
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Accurately documenting the nursing process and maintaining accurate records

To be successful in this role, you will need:
