Mersen USA Holding Corp. is seeking a skilled Coating Process Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our High Temperature Vacuum CVD Reactors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in the development of new and comprehensive operating instructions and safe practices.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to prepare reactors, prepare product, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Monitor processes, record process parameters, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in improvement projects focused on process, quality, and safety.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with 2-5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Chemical Process Tech Degree or Certification may be accepted in lieu of experience.
  • Knowledge and experience handling hazardous chemicals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift above head, bend, and climb stairs/ladders.
  • Good computer skills, including spreadsheets and word processing.
