Accede Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ER Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our emergency department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and families.
- Perform a range of procedures, including moderate and deep sedation, ultrasound, intubation, cardioversion, and other emergency department procedures.
- Provide critical care to patients with acute stroke, STEMI, psychosis, and other emergency conditions.
- Manage patients with complex medical histories and substance abuse issues.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and nights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
- TNCC certification.
