As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all communications for the PARB function, including technical writing and delivering documentation, voting procedures governance, developing procedures, supporting GIS/GCOR reviews, ensuring PARB process risk control sustainability, generating audit reports, metrics management, and managing Product review logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop internal technical documents and publications, including process work procedures, SharePoint site management, Jira tool integration, guidance templates, newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, special projects, and assignments for the Product Architecture Review Board (PARB) function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and organizational levels to drive improvements in customer experience.
  • Utilize analytical skills to combine and organize information into meaningful patterns, identify underlying relationships, causes, and effects, and form conclusions or general rules.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data governance, technical documentation, and business analysis.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years of BAC Process governance experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and organizational levels.
  • Customer-centric mindset and passion for driving improvements in customer experience.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver exceptional services.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
