Construction Director

We are seeking an exceptional Construction Director to lead our team of skilled professionals in building high-end custom homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish. Your expertise and leadership skills will ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

About the Role:

• Lead a team of construction professionals to deliver high-quality custom homes
• Plan and oversee the construction process, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to bring vision to life
• Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular project updates and ensuring satisfaction

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in high-end custom home building
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, architects, and engineers
• Able to read blueprints and frame houses efficiently
• Ability to order materials and manage inventory
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations

• Competitive salary: $35 per hour

• Full-time work schedule (8 hours/day, Monday-Friday)
