Faculty Opportunity in Psychology

Kutztown University of Pennsylvania seeks a tenure-track Assistant Professor of psychology to join its Department of Psychology. The successful candidate will contribute to the university's mission by teaching, conducting research, and providing academic advising to students.

Teaching Responsibilities

The successful candidate will teach a range of courses in psychology, including statistics, research methods, physiological psychology, and psychopathology. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience teaching diverse populations.

Research and Service

Faculty members are expected to conduct scholarly research, supervise undergraduate internships, and provide general academic advising to psychology majors. The teaching load is four courses per semester.

Requirements

An earned doctoral degree in psychology or a related field is required. The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of teaching experience at the college level or equivalent.
